How do I upgrade my plan?
To upgrade your plan, navigate to the Subscription page and select the plan you'd like to upgrade to. You can also click the "Upgrade Plan" button on the Overview page.
How are usage limits calculated?
Usage limits are calculated based on your current subscription plan. Recording hours, AI chat prompts, and other features have monthly limits that reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How do I reset my password?
You can change your password from the Settings page. Navigate to Settings > Security > Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password and create a new one.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can manage your payment methods from the Billing & Invoices page.
How do I generate an API key?
Navigate to the API Keys page and click "Create API Key". Give your key a descriptive name and copy it immediately - you won't be able to see it again after creation.
Where can I download my invoices?
All invoices are available on the Billing & Invoices page. Click the download button next to any invoice to get a PDF copy.
What happens if I exceed my usage limits?
If you exceed your usage limits, you'll be notified via email. You can either upgrade your plan or wait until the next billing cycle when limits reset. Some features may be temporarily unavailable until limits reset.
